My philosophy on Therapy:

We all need allies on our Journey, someone to walk with us through the challenging times of Life. It is my honor to walk with those who seek a nurturing, non-judgmental Professional ally on their path to self-healing. My techniques combine Psychotherapy with the wisdom of the Body and Spirit to assist in cultivating a safe and welcoming space for exploration. I am a passionate advocate for holistic health and wellness. Vitality comes in many forms. I hold a curious heart: “What is your truth?”

Combining transpersonal, psychodynamic, narrative and somatic psychotherapy approaches I work with families, couples, adolescents, children, adults, and groups. I offer theoretical interventions based on my training, experience, intuition and clinical judgment as inspired by the tenor of the session and appropriative for the client’s unfolding experience (process orientated, client-centered).

What I believe:

I believe people have more resources for healing than they know.

I believe people have similar longings. To be loved. To love. To belong. To feel accepted. To feel connected. To be heard. To feel seen.

I believe relationships are work, and it is worth it.

I believe being honest with ourselves is the first step toward healing.

I believe that emotional expression can be healing.

I believe sexuality is an important part of our overall well being.

I believe the Body holds wisdom that is an essential part of the Healing Journey.

I have walked an extraordinary path. My Journey has taken me through the challenges of childhood emotional neglect through self-discovery to crafting a strong intellect and intuitive awareness. I sought answers to big questions. Why are we here? What do we stand for? I found those answers in the soft voices of wisdom within. As a multidimensional thinker, I offer diversity, respect, and curiosity as a core values.

I love to dance, read, camp, cuddle and spend time with beloveds.
